Zorro description

After almost 9 months in the West End, the final London performance of ZORRO will take place at The Garrick Theatre on 14 March 2009.

Crackling with action and adventure, this multi-million pound musical brings to life the legend of the masked Spanish hero, Zorro, featuring music by The Gipsy Kings. This spectacular production, including astounding stage magic, sword fighting and aerial stunts, is brought to the stage by an award winning creative team led by director Christopher Renshaw. With breathtaking choreography by Spain's acclaimed Rafael Amargo, you will be bowled over by some of the most exciting flamenco ever seen in British theatre.

Recently receiving five Laurence Olivier Award nominations, including Best New Musical, the success of the London production has paved the way for nine confirmed future international productions of ZORRO including France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Korea and Russia
