The theatre is quite small, and I was very presently surprised, even though we were quite far back that we had a very clear view of the stage

Seats comfortable and not very old. Limited leg room if your long legged. All very clean and well looked after/maintained. Good view from all seats as they are on raking row positions and you can see over the person in front from all upper balcony seats easily.
