About the Show
It is Christmas Eve, and Father Christmas is on his rounds. At every house he eats and drinks the treats that have been left out for him, until he reaches number ten and realises that he has forgotten to do something rather important: he really, really, really needs a wee. With presents still to deliver, he has to keep going.
Father Christmas Needs a Wee! is a musical adaptation of the picture book by Nicholas Allan, a counting story in which the treats add up from one house to the next. The show is suitable for all ages and runs for about 1 hour 30 minutes, including an interval.
Cast and Creatives
The production is by TaleGate Theatre Productions, a family theatre company that makes pantomimes, children's musicals and shows for schools. The company has also staged Nicholas Allan's The Giant's Loo Roll, The Queen's Knickers and Father Christmas Comes Up Trumps, the sequel to this story.
