Wild About You makes its world premiere as a fully staged production at the Charing Cross Theatre, arriving as one of the most anticipated new musicals of the season. The show centres on Billy, a young man on the day of his high school graduation who discovers a trunk of letters from his late mother — a woman he'd been told walked out on him as a child. With his best friend Scoot, he sets off to uncover a past full of family secrets, old loves, and truths that will reshape his sense of who he is and where he belongs.

Drawing musical inspiration from Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and the lineage of singer-songwriters they inspired, the score blends nouveau-folk, pop, country-pop and soul into an emotionally resonant collection of songs built for storytelling. Produced by Keaka Productions, Steven M. Levy, and Eric McCormack (star of Will & Grace), Wild About You is a musical that promises to leave audiences reflecting on love, identity, and what we pass on — with its melodies humming in their heads long after the final bow.
