About the Show
BIG Live's Dracula is a ballet that begins in the 1600s. When the warrior Vlad discovers that his beloved wife has been condemned and killed, he abandons his faith and becomes Dracula, Lord of the Vampires. Two centuries on, the newlyweds Jonathan and Mina travel to Transylvania and enter the Count's castle, where Dracula sees in Mina a striking likeness to the wife he lost.
The production played sold-out seasons in 2026 in the West End, San Francisco, Singapore and Australia before this return to London at the Adelphi Theatre. Told through dance, it explores forbidden love, immortality and sacrifice, and runs for approximately 2 hours 10 minutes including an interval.
Cast and Creatives
The ballet is choreographed by Joel Burke. Its score is led by Emmy Award-winning composer Jason Fernandez and features pieces by Claude Debussy, Franz Liszt, Camille Saint-Saëns and Modest Mussorgsky.
