This row is used as a general throughfare as the space in front is larger than normal. The advantage is excellent legroom during the performance but a constant stream of people to and fro in the interval. I rated the seat as good because they felt a bit narrow. I am 6ft and 80kg, so not huge by any means but felt cramped. However, anyone with a hot date would probably be delighted. Over excited fans standing at the end destroyed the view of the stage. Probably would have been the same anywhere in the Grand Circle.

The theatre has been revamped....however these seats are small. I had an extremely large person sat next to me on one side and they should have had two seats. Small seats, no arm rests and little room. Great leg room though. Not a bad view of the stage, I had to lean forward a couple of times to get a better view.
