I knew they were restricted view when I purchased them and was aware of the theatre having pillars. However the seats were all level so you had to factor in tall people sat in front which meant you weren't just contending with pillars but looking between peoples shoulders. There leg room was a tight fit and I'm 5'9" the tickets also said severally restricted view which was not what was advertised. I went to the box office and despite the show being only 3 qtrs full had to pay 2x my original price to move seats, which were also restricted with no refund for my original purchase. Moved to the dress circle which was stadium seating and provided a better view where I enjoyed the show with only a slight pillar obstruction. Due to the spare seating there was plenty of people swapping seats who I dare say did of their own accord without incurring extra cost. A poor theatre design with some less than helpful staff (box office) but the show was amazing and prevented the evening being spoiled. I would not recommend restricted seating in the stalls.
