Described as unrestricted view but would describe as slightly restricted as couldn't see a good portion of the stage unless I sat at the edge of my seat. Probably didn't help that I'm relatively short.

Good seats great view but very tight / cramped legroom. I know this is an old (beautiful!) theatre and would not want to change it but but seats are tight for modern tall people. :-)
