Not bad at all really. We booked late and didn't have much choice. However, the seats were fairly good and we're decent value compared to closer to the stage. As the theatre isn't too large. Most of the seats would give a decent view anyway.

The seats were in a good location, however about 15 minutes in there was a large number of latecomers they were to be seated near the front, they were escorted down but there were so many people they were queued Right in front and up the aisle, totally blocking the view to the stage, this meant by the time they were seated we missed almost a scene, I could also hear the people behind were not happy. There was then a lot of up and down in the first half of people near the front which did spoil the experience.

Clear view of stage. I bought these as I thought was at end of aisle and easy to access but maybe my mistake but reality was sat next to walk only access was passing everyone else in row. Row only had 6 seats in.
