Narrow seats with shallow raking made for a challenge in comfort and viewing. The Play That Goes Wrong, 25 Jun 2023

Our annual Dad and son day out in London, last year we watched the Bank Robbery show by the same group which was hilarious. this year we had seat that were directly in front of a group of three people who chose to narrate the show all by themselves for the entire performance. a member of staff stood overlooking as she noticed the disturbance too and in the interval a couple of other people spoke to me. sadly it continued, at one point the man in question found one line so funny he repeated for the rest of us FIVE times, by which time i found it had lost it charm. At the end of the show i spoke to management and was compensated with an apology, she denied that anyone in the theatre was aware of it as she would have been informed, despite my son and i pointing out to her, who the member of staff was that was watching them, my son explained that she was an employee as she sold him his ice cream. A total waste of £130 The Play That Goes Wrong, 21 Dec 2019
