We had booked row B, seats 6 and 7 in the stalls which were perfect! we had seen a review (which was negative) about these seats, stating that they were actually front row, rather than second. They were right, it was basically front row and we were made up! right in the action. the seats just to the right of us had nothing but stage in front of them (8+9), we had seats which were technically in front of us but it didn't feel that way at all because we were so close to the slope of the middle of the stage!
I would definitely recommend these seats or the ones just to our right for a great view! A view that makes you feel part of the story line. So glad we had seen that negative review which actually made us go for these seats!

great fun but my only criticism is the cost of seats- we can rarely go to the theatre because of the cost.
The Fortune was a dilapidated and dirty old place with a tiny and extremely crowded bar. The toliets were under the stairs and you'd have to be a midget to piss straight into the urinals. Perhaps something of the gloominess of the theatre added to the production- i dont know- just though they could have hired a couple of cleaners, at least, for my £45 ticket.
