Very good show but unfortunately the last three songs were ruined by a couple of people dancing and singing along on the second row of the dress circle. They appeared to be ‘merry’ and disrupted this whole area of the theatre. This hasn't been a problem at other musicals we have attended and feel strongly that the venue should request people do not do this as other theatres have done. There appeared to be few members of staff anyway and none visible at this point. Also, despite being asked not to they and many others were blocking the view with their phones whilst videoing the show. The staff we did come across were neither helpful nor cheerful. There was no one to direct us to our seats so that was chaotic. All in all a great musical but venue is disorganised and lacking. Be aware that you may pay over £128 for a seat but miss a large part of the show.
