The story follows Christian, a romantic young poet, and Satine, the glittering star of the Moulin Rouge. Their forbidden love unfolds with themes of freedom, creativity and the pursuit of dreams, with a book by John Logan. The show stars Natalie Kassanga as Satine and Dom Simpson as Christian, with Ben Richards as The Duke, Craig Ryder as Harold Zidler, Dex Lee as Toulouse-Lautrec, Ivan De Freitas as Santiago, Matteo Johnson as Baby Doll, Hannah Jay-Allan and Helen K Wint as Arabia, Charlotte Gooch as Nini, Bernadette Bangura as La Chocolat, and Angela Marie Hurst as Alternate Satine.
