Even though it is very high up you could see the stage however just hope you haven’t got a big bloke in the front row of the balcony that leant forward on the rail which made it difficult to see for the people behind him. Sound was excellent. Good for what I paid for. Just be prepared for lots of stairs to get to the balcony which has a different entrance round the side of the theatre.

The seats are small with limited legroom. You have to lean forward to see the action on stage, even then I didn't get a clear view of the whole stage due the head of the person sitting in front of me.

Very comfortable seat and very easy to join it. An excellent view of the stage and the sensation to hear the Phantom as he was not only on the stage, but even at my side or, behind me, whispering, singing.. I could watch around and search him. Excellent audio.

This Balcony seats were priced the lowest. We had to lean forward most of the times to watch the stage performance. But for the price we paid compared to what others paid for their more premium seats, we have no complains.
