View is very good, no obstruction from the nearby rail, but seats are uncomfortable, narrow and there’s not enough leg room unless you’re very short (I’m 5’7”)

Front left of stage slightly obscured by the railing for the staircase. Other than that, excellent view

The theatre is so small there is not a bad seat in the venue. I previously saw this in an auditorium of 5000 seats so really appreciated the intimacy provided by this small venue.
