I would like to make one serious suggestion about visibility of the performance on the stage. Because of over leaning by customers in front I would suggest that the performance be set up and repositioned a foot or two further back on the stage. The back of the stage was hardly used for critical and intimate performances and if utilised could very likely prevent over leaning.

Very limited legroom. If you get someone tall in front you can't see and the front of the stage is not visible. People also lent forward to see the stage which further restricted the view. Will never buy on a balcony again.

Limited view as tall person in front of me. Perhaps advising people of the potential restricted view would allow them to consider the option of different seats
