Yesterday, my partner and I were looking forward to seeing the November 23rd, 2016 performance of the Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales theatre. We left Hemel Hempstead station on the 5:35pm train, giving us plenty of time to get to Euston, and then a taxi to the theatre to collect the tickets at 7pm. Then, this happened: http://www.standard.co.uk/news/transport/euston-station-delays-rush-hour-chaos-for-commuters-after-man-hit-by-train-a3403226.html At 6:06pm, the train abruptly stops in the Primrose Hill tunnel, blocking Internet access, and mobile phone reception. We were stuck in the train for over 90 minutes, with no way to contact the theatre to try to address this situation. As a result, we ended up missing the performance. I am hoping that the theatre can see its way in somehow allowing us to see the performance at another date and honour the tickets from last night. I look forward to hearing from you in due course. Regards, Lance Wright lancew@lancew@lancew.best.vwh.net.best.vwh.net Now, you respond: Hi Lance unfortunately once the performance has passed, nothing can be done we suggest you contact the venue with you unused tickets and ask if they would be willing to issue complimentary tickets, but this is will be entirely at the producers discretion. Kind regards Babs The Book of Mormon, 25 Nov 2016
