I was unfortunate in that I had a man with a massive schwad and big hair (who kept moving) sat right in front of me so my view was restricted (and I’m 6’2”) but my daughter and partner had a reasonable view. The upper circle jutted over the stalls quite a lot, so it felt a little claustrophobic.

Slightly cramped but understandable being in the city. However the view wasn’t great. The seats go back and not up. Had to sit on my jacket to see over the people in front of me. I’m 5’5” so I’m not short.
