Reasonably comfortable but limited view of the stage. We could not see what was going on at the top of the stage because of the balcony.

The restricted view seemed mainly due to the person sitting in front of me in Row P, who blocked out my view of centre stage. In turn, I think he was having difficulty seeing because of the person in front of him. The seats should be 'staggered' in order to avoid this problem.

A bit limited legroom and the seat was slightly uncomfortable towards the end, might it have been a huge problem if there was another show. Come from Away is 100 minutes of uninterrupted theatre and it was towards the end it started to feel.

Your booking system is nonsensical. I booked two before online and there were empty seats, indeed rows empty. It leaves a sour taste when you see people jumping into better seats when I have paid. All in all, I won't be risking a theatre show in London on my return. Bad for everybody all round.
