We were told to arrive on time which we did but after one of the staff directed us to the upper circle when we got there we were told it was closed & we had other seats so had to go to the office. There was an enormous line there & we told one of the staff who suggested that we just push in to the queue. She then took the paper work I had & she went to the front of the queue & we got seats in the dress circle but way on the side & not, as I'd booked in the upper circle for the front row so there would not be any peoples' heads blocking parts of the stage. The show was a bit late starting. Luckily after the interval 2 of the men in front of us did not return so the view of the stage was better. My Fair Lady, 10 Jul 2022
